100 countries, however there may be some cases where the Country Coordinator may accept a member in the group, if the person is one of quality, as we want quality not quantity.

New member will RX only OD QRZ & Certificate of Membership which will be send to E-mail address
Changing the UNIT NUMBER for lower number can be done after 5 years of continuous membership in the group

Soy OSCAR ALBERTO MOYANO le informo que he sido un miembro de de OD,desde el año 2014 con el indicativo 4OD102,pero por razones me eh retirado por problema de enfermeda de mi Señora Esposa,ese fue motivo de no enviar un correo electronico para darle aviso por cierto fallecimiento y tampoco informarle este episodio que no tenia gana de proseguier y no podia olvidar a Esposa y en su recuerdo ahora estoy con ganas de seguir en OSCAR DELTA,y si es posible tener el indicativo como ALBERTO/4OD102.Me despido de Uds esperando respuesta desde uds ya gracias de Oscar ALBERTO Moyano
